Today we have discussed the case with the Advocate for the argument purpose. However, as informed by the counsel, our case will not be heard tomorrow due to unavoidable reasons. The case is likely to be posted after 18.01.2011 for final hearing. Any further updates will be given in due course.

ReplyDeleteThe office bearers of IP/ASP association are leaving the IP cadre to decay... Even this hike in honorarium for invigilation demand couldn't be achieved. Now a days they are not even thinking about the demand of GP of IP's. They changed their decision in ambaji without any logic.
ReplyDeleteThese ASPs think that they directly came from SKY. How they can demand merger ASP's with SP cadre? This shows their innocence about the pay commission recommendations. This decision is nothing but rubbish
ReplyDeleteYes, I fully 200% agree with annonymious January 14, 2011 5:32 AM. The merger demand of ASP with SPOs is although benificial for todays IPOs, but there is wrong timing and again is a effort by some self proclaimed talented Senior ASPOs to complicate IP GP issue.

They may think that judges/MOF peoples are like Dte officers only which can be misguided easily.I can say million times that ASPOs will be never merged in SPOs GP. Pl. note this.
I request u all not to post the comment differentiating IP and ASPs.I do know why u people doing like this . ASP like me have served 14 years IP and become ASP in the 15 the year of service. You may also appriciate Shri Harimohan CS Punjab and Shri Mohanty CS Odisha corcle who has alway stad behind Shri Permanand and has appreciated the efforts of th Shjri parmanand at evey forun (Associatio9n meeting ) .They have provided every possible help to Shri Parmanand So please do not try to differentiate. It is better for all of us

ReplyDeleteSunil sir, here no one differentiating IPs and greatest ASPs like Himalaya Mountains. The only thing is why the seniors has to move merger or equal of grade of pay to ASPs with SP, as the juncture of Premanand Sirs case. first of all they have to co-operate with this case and conveinece the Dte. instead of they are speaking like a parrot. They are the main problemating people rather than MoF & Dte.
ReplyDeleteIt is clear that the merger of IP & ASPOs is as per the recommendations of 6th CPC. When we are not in a position to get the upgradation of IPs to Rs.4600 in the normal way, how can be demand for the merger of ASPOs and SPOs, that to in the wrong time? During the Kanchi meeting itself A.P. Circle has proposed the merger of IP & ASPOs cadre in the interest of every one. Nobody listened at that time and moreover blamed A.P. Circle for such proposal. But see the today's position.
ReplyDeleteThank God ! and thanks to both the 6th Pay commission & DOP due to which our cadre men are fighting with each other like 'popcorns'. Now the issue is not getting upgraded G.P from Court or Deptt. the real issue is to let down each other. Seniors not ready to listen to their juniors and the juniors too are adamant with the seniors.On various occasion, it is felt that the seniors hesitates to even handshake with their juniors. on the other hand, the juniors also even hesitate to wish their seniors. Good. the Deptt. will become happier as they will now apply 'divide and rule policy on the cadre'. Finally we will get nothing like previous cadre structure/creation of 190 Gp B posts etc.etc. On the other hand, the association which is busy in holding of various conference(s)all over the country have no time for their members. Now our cadremen (both seniors and juniors) left with no god father. Hence, it is better we all pray the almighty to help this 'sinking boat'. . . . .it,s paining now by......official belonging to this fighting poor cadre (neither senior nor junior)
ReplyDeleteguys, have u ever thought before writing that what impact it will create on the readers of these comments, who are outside this cadre? Your comments will not change what is to be happenned but definately ruin the image of IP/ASP cadre. Please stop blaming eachother for god sake. If you have so much anger and thrust for justice, just take action in proper direction, otherwise please keep mum. Its my humble request to all.

OK brother. A simple thing has become so complicated and to take the demand in a proper directions we have to join hands and fight / plan systematically. Issues to be taken-up one by on. Not in a hurried way. First we have to opt for the upgradation or placing of IPs in Rs.4,600/- (With single voice). If any problem is there in upgrading IPs to Rs.4,600/- GP, it is upto the Department to sort-out the problem. We neet not change our stand repeatedly and show so many alternatives in a hurried manner. If King comes, road will come, bride will come. Fight for one thing. Rest will follow.
