Status of our Contempt Petition regarding upgradation of Grade Pay of Inspector Posts w.e.f 01.01.2006

Dear friends,

As ascertained from our counsel, reply has not been filed so far by the Secretary, DoE, Ministry of Finance in our Contempt Petition bearing No.C.P/180/137/2016 filed before Hon'ble CAT Ernakulam Bench in OA No. 289/2013 regarding upgradation of Grade Pay of Inspector Posts w.e.f 01.01.2006.

However, as informed, our Petition will be listed shortly.
