Our case was posted today for hearing. Our friend Sri Chandrakantha Pladhi was present in the Tribunal. Counsel of the Respondent again requested today for three weeks time. Hon'ble Tribunal has granted one week time and the case is posted on 09.03.2011.

ReplyDeletePlease tell our advocate to oppose any further grant of time, as already ample time has been taken by them.
Also, during last hearing, when the tribunal has said that final hearing will be on 03.03.11, what sense does it make in giving another week's time to the respondent.
Respondent's repeated request for additional time itself shows that they have nothing to defend in this case. Ask our advocate to highlight this point to the tribunal during next hearing.
What is the meaning of last chance by the court in last hearing.Only God knows when the final judegement will be given.

ReplyDeleteAny way, 6 days more. But at Directorate level Our Association should influence and let Our Directorate not go for appeal. This is very important. If not it will eat away our time. What do you say? Comments please.e

ReplyDeleteI agree with Mahesh.I feel favourable result of 4600 GP will come and like A.Raja time will come for all evils of Dte & association who are actively involved to twist the case.All concerned evils will be booted by CAT decision.
Delay! next hearing! one week! again some time..etc.... "Dal main kuch kala hai" ---something wrong?

no result is likely forthcoming by any means. so we should request the Dte to place the IPO cadre in the GP of 2800 rather fighting for GP of 4600 for years together.

ReplyDeleteYes, instead of demanding higher GP demand lower GP of 2800.This will be history in entire world and we IPOs will enter in the Gunese book of records.Our Dte is like Pakistan who never accepts Indias demand. You IPOs/ASPOs may demand but DTE/MOF will ask more proof ... more proof .. like a case of terrorist attack in Mumbai . India raised direct role of Pakistan after capturung Kasab.Pakistan demanded India Provide proof.Poor IPOs GP seems to be going in same way without any outcome.

ReplyDeleteYou have issued another letter to DG.We know present and past GS very well. We also know who have tried to GP issue complicated. All IPOs /ASP who are being denied GP of 4600 are well aware of the facts. We IPOs/AspOs who suffered are not like Gr.D/Mailman/Postman who don't understand your movement. Every time theer is hearing date you simply write REMINDER letter to DG. You are doing clever job."NAACHE BANDAR MAAL KHAYE MADARI" means hard work will be done by our brother Permandji and you peoples are trying to extract "MALAI" in case of favourable CAT result.
One of the CPMGs is like "LA BELLE DAME SANS MERCI".

I had opted for ipo instead of insp. of excise in ssc 08. now i m realising that what a blunder i did.

ReplyDeleteIn case any negative result I request all affected persons to demand lower pay with less GP with less responsibility like Mumbai Western Railway motormans demand (See Mumbai Mirror TOI dated 7.3.11) to treat them with all rights equivalent with Guards with same pay of Guards but with all rights eqvt. to Guards.Hence what is harm to get less pay eqvt. to HSG-II for IPOs with less responsibil;ity. No target , not court cases, no inspections only warm chairs for 8-9 hrs. Pay without work.Nice idea sir.

ReplyDeleteDue to the lack of effective intervention some of our IP/ASP line offices have been carved out for PM cadre due to the (mis)interpretation of the Directorate letter on the subject. NO effective intervention from our leaders... Our eligible brother/sisters denied due promotion.

If the Hon'ble court cannot reviel its judgement on 9.3.2011.Let our hon'ble Sir Permanand may ask the Hon'ble court to atleast examine whether an IPO/ASPos can opted to work as HSG-II postmaster.
